Owner & Man Wearing Many Hats
David fell in love with the automotive industry at 16 as a detail specialist reconditioning vehicles. He spent the majority of his adult years learning the business from the inside out, working in sales, service, finance and various management positions. He always envisioned a process to provide a better experience to customers. Whether it be sales or service, David prides himself with upfront communication, best in industry pricing and streamline processes. When he's not at the shop (which is seldom), he spends his time tinkering with his cars or enjoying life with his wife Melissa and 3 daughters.

He specializes in customer service and problem solving. When not busy at work, he is usually running around with his wife and 4 children, as well as (almost always) dabbling in woodwork.
Behind the Scenes Wizard
Melissa started in the automotive industry in 2012 learning the administrative side of a dealership at one of Pensacola's largest dealers. After a few years, she moved industries and focused on HR and IT management services, obtaining her HR and ITIL certificates. Fast forward a few years - she now splits her time between East Bay- managing HR, accounting and most things behind the scenes, volunteering at her 3 daughters schools as well as chauffeuring them to and from activities. In her sporadic spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband David, daughters and dogs.
Sr. Technician
Shannon has worked in the automotive industry for 40 years, focusing on performance and electrical. He possesses extensive automotive knowledge and a witty personality. Prior to working at East Bay, he owned his own shop in Pensacola. Due to his experience and excellence, he has earned the titles of “Shop Foreman” and “Master Technician”. If he is not working on cars, he’s out on the river hunting and fishing with his 2 sons.
Sr. Technician
Bob has worked in the industry for almost 50 years and possesses more than just a 'well-rounded' knowledge of cars- he's 'The Professor'! Though Bob started in the industry as a Rolls Royce and Toyota technician, he spent most of his career working for Chrysler wherever he was needed. Due to his numerous years of dedication and wisdom, he has earned the title of “Master Humble Technician”. We have not tested our theory; however, we believe he has the record for fastest engine removal, overhaul, and reinstall. On a serious note, when he isn't tinkering here at East Bay he is with his Family- his wife, children and grandkids are very important to him- and he loves spending any chance he gets with them.
Jr. Technician
Reagan is new to the automotive industry, but not at all unfamiliar with cars. He has worked on cars with his dad since he was 10 years old, which led him to fall in love with the industry. Before graduating high school, he routinely stopped in at East Bay Automotive to ask if we were hiring. After graduating, he started to pursue a career in the medical field but decided to switch gears and dive into the automotive industry where he felt more at home. Reagan is very thorough in his approach and eager to gain experience in the industry, always quick to lend a helping hand. In his free time, he likes to go fishing with friends and spend time with family.
